Your FORTitude GuaRUNtee
All registrations are automatically backed by the FORTitude GuaRUNtee. It means that if you sign up and don’t participate, we can roll your registration over to next year’s event for only $15. Don’t sweat it, you won’t need an excuse from your mom or a note from your doc. It’s easy.
If you don’t make it, we’ll send you a personal rollover code for next year’s event. Of course, you get to keep your shirt and any other items you ordered. We just really want you to be part of the FORTitude 10K. It’s that simple.
How do I use the GuaRUNtee?
Anyone who signs up for the event and doesn’t make it will automatically get a GuaRUNtee notice via email with their personal rollover code. If for some reason you do not get yours, just send us an email.
When you sign up for the event next year, simply apply your personal rollover code, pay the $15 … and you are in. Done! Easy-peasy! The GuaRUNtee is specifically so that you don’t miss out on the fun even though you’ve signed up. We want you to come back and be part of the FORTitude experience.
Personal codes cannot be shared with friends or family.
The goods on the goods
You keep the original shirt(s) and merchandise you ordered. The GuaRUNtee gets you a spot in the next FORTitude, and the new Short Sleeve Race Package with all the great race package goodies and experiences you expect.
When can I use my code?
If you register for this year’s race but for some reason end up missing it, you can register any time before next year’s race. The GuaRUNtee is only good for one year.
Note that if you sign up after the “Running Late” fee kicks in, or on race day, you’ll be on the hook for those added charges.
What about my wave?
If you registered in a non-qualified running, jogging, or walking wave, we will do our absolute best to get you back in a similar wave for the following year’s race. If you want to get into a faster qualified wave, submit qualifying proof equivalent to running a 10K in under 62 minutes.
If you registered for a qualified running wave, re-qualify and we’ll put back into a qualified wave. Or, just choose to be in a non-qualified running, jogging, or walking wave.
